Terms of Service
By downloading or playing Survive 100 Days (“the Game”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Licence
[Your name or company] grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
2. What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the Game, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
- Redistribute, resell or sublicense the Game or any part of it.
- Use cheats, modified clients, automated tools or network interception to submit false leaderboard scores, or to obtain rewards you did not earn.
- Submit a leaderboard nickname that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonates another person.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our servers.
3. Leaderboard
Submitting a score is optional. The nickname you choose is displayed publicly. We may remove any entry, at our discretion and without notice, if we believe it is fraudulent, offensive, or submitted in breach of these terms. We may also reset the leaderboard entirely — for example after a balance change that makes older scores incomparable.
Leaderboard placement carries no prize or monetary value.
4. Advertising
The Game offers optional rewarded video ads. Watching one is always your choice, and the Game is fully playable without ever doing so. Rewards are granted only when the ad network confirms the ad was actually watched. If an ad fails to load or is cancelled, no reward is given and nothing is consumed.
5. Virtual items
Items, resources, structures and progress inside the Game are not property, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game. They may be modified or removed as part of balance changes.
6. Game balance may change
The Game reads part of its balance configuration from our servers, which means difficulty and tuning can change without a store update. We do this to keep the Game fair and playable. Your saved progress is not affected by these changes.
7. Your saved data
Your progress is stored on your device only. We do not back it up. Uninstalling the Game, clearing its data, changing device, or using Settings → Delete Save Data will lose it permanently, and we cannot restore it.
8. Availability
We provide the Game “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend or discontinue the Game, the leaderboard, or the configuration service at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your name or company] is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Game, including lost progress or lost leaderboard placement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Termination
We may terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Game.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and significant updates will be noted in the Game's release notes. Continuing to play after an update means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your country/state], and the courts of [your city] have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
